Accoutrements › Georgia Frame Belt Augusta Depot.

Georgia Frame Belt Augusta Depot.

$65.00
Sold Out

Georgia Frame Buckle and leather belt, high quality American leather made by C.A. Davisson. Belt is stamped with “AUGUSTA GA. 1862”. We have four sizes available, each size is measured to the middle hole, out of five holes, to the buckle. This means you will have a few inches either way. If my memory serves me correctly the belts from Augusta were issued in both east and western theaters, of course it’s up to you to research that to be certain. The Georgia Frame Buckle was one of the most common issued belt buckles of the war on all fronts and from beginning to the end.
NOTE there were several different styles of this buckle made and all are very similar with only minor variations.
***NOTE the first measurement given is for the MIDDLE HOLE, the last measurement is for the last hole. ***
